LocalRank.sg publishes best-of guides to repair shops in Singapore, and nine of them list iDevice Repair Centre. Here they are, with a plain note on how we are connected.

The nine guides

Each guide compares shops in one category. Beside each one is our own page on the same repair, so you can read both and compare.

Why we list them

Two reasons. The guides sit beside our own pages on the same repairs, so a reader can see both in one place. And we would rather tell you about the connection ourselves than have you find it later.

A guide’s order and a shop’s quality are not the same thing. Positions depend on the criteria used and the date, and shops change their prices and terms. Check the date on any guide, then check the shop’s own terms.

How to use a repair guide

Whichever shop you choose, these questions help:

  • Compare at least two shops, whichever ones they are.
  • Ask for a written quote before any work starts.
  • Ask for the warranty terms in writing, including how long they last.
  • Ask whether the shop repairs the failed component or swaps the whole part.
  • Ask what happens if the repair cannot be done.

At iDevice Repair Centre, diagnosis is free on walk-ins, you get a written quote before any work, and if we cannot fix your device you do not pay a repair fee. We repair the failed component rather than swapping the whole part, and every repair we complete carries a written warranty. At handover we show you the repair, the old part and the test results, and the warranty terms are printed on your job sheet. We are an independent repair centre, not affiliated with or authorised by Apple, Samsung or any other brand.
