• By MRT — the standout. Punggol is the terminus of the North-East Line at NE17, and Tai Seng is CC11 on the Circle Line. You ride the North-East Line down to Serangoon and change there — then it is two Circle Line stops, Bartley and Tai Seng, followed by a three-minute walk to our door. One change of line is the only thing you have to think about on the way in.
• By car or taxi. If you would rather drive, the KPE, TPE and CTE feed you down towards the Tai Seng and MacPherson side in around twenty to twenty-five minutes outside peak hours. There is parking in the building, so you can drop off and collect without circling for a lot.
• By courier. If a young family, a class at the SIT campus or a shift keeps you in Punggol, we collect and return the laptop islandwide. Message us the model and the fault and we will arrange a pickup that fits around your day.

Turnaround times for Punggol customers
