• Flexgate. The display-cable fault on 2016–2017 MacBook Pro that causes a backlight that dims at the hinge, uneven brightness, or a "stage-light" effect along the bottom of the screen. It is a known design issue and we repair it properly.
• Liquid damage. Coffee, water, a spilled drink at the study desk. This is corrosion work under a microscope, not just drying the case, and speed matters — the faster it reaches the bench, the better the odds.

Getting to us from Tampines

• By MRT — direct on the Downtown Line. Tampines (DT32) runs straight through to Bendemeer (DT23) with no change at all, a ride of roughly thirty to thirty-five minutes, and Bendemeer is a short walk from us. We are also about five minutes from Boon Keng station on the North-East Line if that suits your route better.
• By car or taxi. A clear run in from the east on the PIE or the ECP towards the city fringe, then across to Serangoon Road and Kallang. There is parking in the building, so you can drop off and collect without circling for a lot.
